Need To Relax

Because of the attack that happened yesterday I needed some time to breath, escape an hour, do something to keep my mind clean.

Heard that Power Yoga would do that.

It helped. Couldn’t concentrate on anything else then the training for an hour.

But now, heading back into town to work. The thoughts are coming back.

Will it happen again? Are we safe? Is their a war coming?
